Returns Policy

All Vincie products have a full workmanship guarantee:
If your bag or pillow comes apart, send it back and we'll fix or replace it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Vincie is sorry to hear that. We can refund your money or exchange the product for credit or for another product.

If an item does not meet your needs, simply return it to Vincie in its original, unused condition, in original packaging with any enclosed documentation, within 28 days of receipt.

If you request a refund, Vincie will issue you a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the delivery charge. Please allow 7 working days after Vincie receives the item for a refund to be processed.

If you wish to exchange the item, let us know what Vincie product you would like.

Goods are accepted for return only if postmarked within 28 days of delivery, unless you have made other arrangements with Vincie.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning an item to Vincie is your responsibility. Delivery charges are refundable only if, after a thorough check, goods are found to be faulty. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, even after the 28 days, contact the office to make arrangements to replace the item.

The best-made products still wear out. If you use them a lot, they wear out faster. Vincie bags from 10 years ago are still going strong, so it won't be soon, but if your pillow or bag wears out, and you want a new one, send us a picture – we'll make a new one at a special price. Fabrics aren't available forever; we'll let you know what's possible.
