If you wish to find out shipping for any country not listed, increase the amount of insurance or ship using another service, contact Vincie. Shipping includes $200 insurance, except for First Class international packages on which extra insurance is not available.

Vincie will contact you if any item is not able to be shipped within 10 days of order – items on-hand generally ship within 3 days.

Orders must be paid before shipment unless other arrangements are made.

Returns accepted within 28d; send back the product and Vincie will refund your purchase price; see Returns page for details. Products are guaranteed for life against defects in material or manufacture; if a product fails, it will be replaced. With use, even Vincie products can wear out, but they should not fall apart unprovoked.
