Signed Oxford MINI Messenger Bag
Sewn of 600x300 Tough Duck polyester canvas using industrial strength polyester thread. Self-lined with .68 mil pvc, flap lined in 4/600 denier nylon packcloth. Adjustable polypropelyne seatbelt webbing strap with nylon glide; padded, non-slip 11" x 3.5" pad.
Measures 15" wide, 11" tall, 5" deep. 2 pockets under flap, large pocket inside. Various strap and print colours on black, camouflage, orange or silver bag.
Signed by designer Vince Blaskovich. Made to honour workers on the MINI Cooper production line at Plant Oxford – they use it as a commuter bag. Designed in San Francisco, manufactured in Santa Ana. Silkscreened from drawings by Shannon Lucier of MINI Cooper Coupé or Cabrio subframe.
2010 MINI Takes the States tour took Vincie to Denver. The photo of school kids shows middle school students who won, for excellent achievement, commemorative MTTS bags, complete with dictionary, pen and pad. On to high school in style!
